改革开放以来，外资大规模流入我国。然而目前我国在利用外资过程中仍存在一些问题，如：外资在我国地区间分布不均衡，各地政府为吸引外资竞相攀比优惠政策，但效果有限。本文着力从理论和实证上研究FDI在华投资区位选择的影响因素，尤其是政策因素的影响。 当前国内外学者多以问卷调查及采用替代性指标的形式分析了市场规模、劳动力成本等传统因素对FDI区位分布的影响。具体到我国而言，相对较少从政策的不同维度进行实证检验。因此本文在综合考虑市场、成本等传统因素的基础上，深入分析政策的四个维度，即外商投资企业经营限制、政府行政非效率、税收优惠指数、市场开放指数的影响。 本文按以下步骤展开：第一章讨论本文的研究背景...Since the reform and opening up policy in late 70s, China has attracted a lot of foreign direct investment .However; there are still some problems in the process of utilizing foreign investment in China.
