Preparation, Properties and Combined Effect of Nano-ZnO and Modified Montmorillonite Antibacterial Agents

Abstract

随着时代的进步和民生的发展,人们对环境卫生与食品安全的要求不断提高。抗菌材料能预防并大幅降低病原菌交叉感染,阻碍疾病传播,因此受到了人们极大的关注。近年来,各种新型抗菌剂及抗菌材料先后涌现出来,在医药、食品、卫生用品以及日用化工等领域得到了广泛应用。 本文分别制备了纳米氧化锌(ZnO)和改性蒙脱石(MMT)两种新型抗菌剂;以X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸脱附、热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征方法考察了制备工艺对样品理化性能的影响;以大肠杆菌(E.coliDH-5α)为测试菌,考察了两种抗菌剂各自抗菌性...With the development of society, people's requirements on environmental hygiene and food safety are increasing.
