Studies of the Selective Oxidation of Propane to Acrolein over MoVTeNbO/SiO2 Catalyst Prepared by Sol-gel Method

Abstract

丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛反应因其潜在的应用前景和研究意义,日益引起人们的重视。但迄今为止,研制出的大多数催化剂的丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛反应性能都不高。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高分散的MoVTeNbO/SiO2催化剂,考察了负载量、催化剂组成和制备条件对催化剂丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛反应性能性能的影响。在此基础上,采用BET、XPS、XRD、Raman、H2-TPR、Py-IR、NH3-TPD等技术进一步考察了制备方法和Te含量对催化剂结构、氧化还原性和酸碱性及催化性能的影响。结果表明:1.溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂具有较好的丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛催化性能。在原子比为Mo:V:Te:Nb=1:0.3:0.2...The selective oxidation of propane to acrolein has attracted much attention due to its economic and scientific terms.
