Dynamic Modeling and Simulation of FCCU Fractionator

Abstract

FCCU主分馏塔全塔仿真系统研究摘要本文在综合考虑了塔板效率、物料衡算、能量衡算、组分衡算、相平衡方程以及塔板水力学方程的基础之上,建立了包括附属设备在内的催化裂化主分馏塔严格机理动态模型。模型由数百个非线性微分方程和代数方程组成,为了满足工业实时计算的要求,本文以一个实际的分馏塔为具体对象,采用房室法和虚拟组分法来简化,得到一个只有6等效塔段、4虚拟组分的简化模型,并归纳了主状态变量状态方程的一般描述方式。为了解决动态模拟的积分初值问题和准确地估计代数关联式中一些重要参数的值,本文还建立了相应的主分馏塔稳态模型,并开发了用于稳态精馏求解的软件库。由于其他常用的连续精馏算法如泡点法等在该稳态计...Modeling and Simulation of FCCU Fractionator Abstract Based on the equations of mass balance, energy balance, composition balance, phase equilibrium and plate hydraulics as well as tower efficiency, a general mathematical model is developed for rigorous dynamic simulations of the Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) fractionator, including auxiliary equipments such as side stripper, ...学位:工学硕士院系专业:化学化工学院化学工程系_化学工程学号:20023300
