摘要 吡咯烷、2-吡咯烷酮、2,5-吡咯烷二酮及其衍生物是重要的含氮有机化合物，它们有的本身是天然产物，有的是合成吡咯生物碱的重要中间体，有的则可在不对称合成中作为手性辅助剂。因此，这些化合物的合成与应用研究引起了人们的极大兴趣。 本论文的目的在于探索和建立以L-焦谷氨酸为手性源的生物碱的不对称合成方法，完成了蚂蚁毒素(+)-Xenovenine的全合成；初步探索了海人草酸的不对称合成，研究了L-焦谷氨酸衍生物中不同保护基对Lewis酸催化的Diels-Alder反应的影响。本论文取得了以下结果： 1.探讨了手性吡咯烷氮a位碳自由基的形成及与a,β-不饱和化合物的偶联反应(图1)。 ...ABSTRACT The pyrrolidines, 2-pyrrolidinones, 2,5-pyrrolidinediones and their derivatives are important organic compounds.
