Abstract

近几年,激光离子源技术在分析化学中的应用得到了较大发展,并深深地吸引着研究者的目光,这方面的报道文章也越来越多。当聚集的激光束以足够的能量耦合在样品表面时,样品表面的物质被熔融、溅射和蒸发,局部样品受热原子化并被电离为离子,将电离的离子导入飞行时间质谱进行分析,这一技术叫做激光等离子体飞行时间质谱法,简称LP-TOF-MS。与固体溶解分析法相比,直接分析法能够节约大量的样品制备时间,特别是在固体样品难以溶解或溶解过程中所加试剂毒性很强的情况下,固体元素直接分析法具有其他方法无法比拟的优越性。另外,直接分析法免除了样品溶解过程中产生的污染和待测元素损失等问题,从而获得更加精确的实验结果。激光与固...In recent years, the laser ion source technology in analytical chemistry has beengreatly developed, which is deeply attracted the attention of researchers, so that more and more applications in this area were reported.
