Study on the Supported Nickel-based Catalysts and Kinetics for Aromatics Hydrogenation

Abstract

芳烃加氢催化剂的研发是催化领域一直关注的问题之一。为了寻求性能更佳的芳烃加氢催化剂,本文研究了不同镍前驱体和不同预处理方法对负载型镍基催化剂催化活性的影响。此外,氢气在液相中的溶解度对芳烃液相加氢反应影响较大,也是相关计算包括动力学计算中的重要数据之一。本文提出一个溶解度的关系式,建立了溶解度测定装置,并对液相萘加氢和四氢萘加氢两个反应进行了动力学试验和计算,探究其可能的反应历程。 本文研究获得如下的主要结果。 (1)选用硝酸镍、乙酸镍、乙酸镍-柠檬酸及相应焙烧后的氧化物为前驱体,氢气气氛下430°C还原4h制得Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂,利用BET、TG、H2-TPR、H2-TPD、SE...The research and development of the catalysts for aromatics hydrogenation have been concerned for a long time in the field of catalysis.
