Preparation and Performance of MnO2 Materials for Supercapacitors

Abstract

超级电容器作为一种新型的储能装置,具有长寿命、高功率等特点,在诸多领域内有广泛的应用前景。MnO2具有原料易得,价格低廉,来源广泛,环境友好等优点。本文通过合成几种不同形态的二氧化锰,考察了影响二氧化锰电容性能的因素,并将二氧化锰与其它材料复合,以提高比电容。 1.利用低温固相法和化学沉淀法,合成了四种纳米二氧化锰,根据反应物和合成条件不同,产物表现为无定形结构和较为完整晶体结构两种。四种产物中,采用化学沉淀法以高锰酸钾与醋酸锰为原材料所合成的MnO2具有最高的质量比电容,0.1A/g电流密度下比电容为166F/g,2.0A/g电流密度下比电容为112F/g。 2.比表面是影响MnO2电容...As a novel energy-storage system,supercapacitors with characteristics of long cycle-life and high rate charge-discharge capability, can be applied in many fields.
