Removal and Determinaion of Heat Stable Salts in Amine Slution Used in Gas Desulfurization

Abstract

摘要采用胺液脱硫是石油天然气工业常用的方法。胺液在脱硫过程中由于降解等原因导致热稳态盐(HeatStableSalts,简称HSS)的产生和积累,进而引起胺液发泡、胺液脱硫效率下降、过滤器寿命减短和设备腐蚀等严重后果,造成重大的的经济损失。本论文就脱硫胺液中热稳态盐的去除和检测提出新的方法。设计出采用电解水去除热稳态盐的电化学装置,建立了检测脱硫胺液中的热稳态盐的电渗析离子交换-离子色谱法。本论文共分为三章:第一章介绍了热稳态盐的形成及危害,评价了现有关于热稳态盐的去除和检测方法,提出本论文研究热稳态盐去除方法和检测的技术路线和创新意义。第二章分为四节:第一节为前言部分,简要介绍了本章的工作内...Abstract Amine unit is an important part of the refinery’s environmental compliance.
