Synthesis of Optically Active Butyrolactols and Their Applications in the Synthesis of Alkaloids

Abstract

底物诱导即手性源法是合成手性分子的重要途径之一,从天然手性源出发,建立灵活多用的手性合成砌块(合成子)对天然产物的合成具有重要意义。生物碱是天然产物的重要组成部分,大多具有重要的生理活性,吸引了有机化学家们很大的合成兴趣。因此,本论文的目标是从天然手性源出发建立适当的手性合成砌块并将其运用于生物碱的合成中,取得了以下结果:1.分别以维生素C、L-和D-酒石酸为原料,经简洁的步骤高产率的得到3个保护的反式二羟基丁内半缩醛类手性合成砌块14、29和30。2.探讨了保护的反式二羟基丁内半缩醛与格氏试剂的加成反应,发现格氏试剂与保护的反式双羟基丁内半缩醛加成可以很高的产率获得以顺式产物为主的二醇,顺式...Chiron approach is one of the most important way to the synthesis of chiral molecules.
