含磷芳香化合物在光电、阻燃材料以及药物化学等领域具有广泛的应用。传统制备这一类化合物的方法,通常采用二芳基膦酰氯与芳香化合物的锂试剂或者格式试剂进行反应。此方法不仅对反应条件要求苛刻,而且对于芳环上的官能团也有很多局限。因此,本文发展了一种镍催化卤代芳烃与P(O)H键还原偶联制备三芳基氧膦的新方法。该方法简单、高效、绿色环保(溶剂为水),并且通用性好,在较温和的条件下即可实现高产率的制备。采用价廉易得的金属镍盐、锌粉作为催化体系,在2,2’-联吡啶(bpy)的配位作用下催化效果最佳。通过对多种卤代芳烃与二苯基氧膦的还原偶联反应进行考察,制备了一系列三芳基氧膦化合物;采用手性膦试剂,也首次得到了...Aromatic organophosphorus compounds have been widely used in optoelectronic materials, flame retardant and medicinal chemistry.
