Synthesis of Co3O4 and Co-Mn-O Composite Oxide Catalysts and Their Catalytic Application in Selective Oxidation of CO in H2-rich Gases

Abstract

摘要 本论文针对目标反应富氢气氛中CO选择氧化反应,尝试控制合成不同形貌和大小的Co3O4。初步探究了制得的Co3O4的形貌和大小与其催化剂性能的关联。同时系统研究了Co-Mn-O复合氧化物催化剂的结构组成、氧化还原性能及其在目标反应中催化性能,探讨了催化剂结构和性能之间的关联。 对于纳米Co3O4的合成,采用多种方法合成了不同形貌的Co3O4。采用尿素均匀沉淀-水热反应-空气氧化法合成了不同形貌和大小的Co3O4,采用该方法制备了由纳米颗粒串联而成的棒组装而成的球针状Co3O4或纳米颗粒直接组装成Co3O4。这些Co3O4的外形与沉淀前驱物的外形直接相关。论文考察了水热反应时间、反应物浓...Abstract In this dissertation, Co3O4 with different morphologies and sizes were synthesized to study their catalytic performances for CO selective oxidation in H2-rich streams. The effect of Co3O4 samples’ morphologies and sizes on their catalytic activities was studied.
