摘要乙醛酸是最简单的醛酸，广泛应用于合成香料、医药、农药、化妆品等行业。目前，国内乙醛酸需求量大，市场被业內人士普遍看好，然而国内乙醛酸的生产能力尚不能满足需求，需求缺口大。许多学者研究了乙醛酸的工业生产方法，其中草酸电解还原法优势显著，其原料价格便宜，投资小见效快，生产无污染，特别适合于我国的国情和国家开展绿色化工的方针政策要求。为此，本文以草酸电解还原生产乙醛酸为研究对象，从连续化生产的思路出发，针对传统二维平板反应器时空产率低的缺陷，提出并研究了具有较高时空产率的三维电极反应器——阴极冷却固定床反应器。本文首先通过小试实验对比研究了阴极冷却固定床反应器和流化床电化学反应器的优劣，结果表明...Abstract Glyoxylic Acid (GA), the simplest aldehyde acid, is widely used in many industries, such as synthetic spice, medicine, pesticide, cosmetic, etc. Due to the great demand of GA in China, its market is promiseful.
