Controlled Synthesis and Characterization of Superhydrophobic “Silica/Poly(siloxane-fluoroacrylate)” Hybrid Nanoparticles

Abstract

近年来,超疏水材料因其超疏水性能(潜在)应用广泛,成为研究热门。在综述超疏水材料的国内外研究状况下,基于低表面能材料防污原理和微细结构超疏水表面的Cassie理论模型,本论文提出可控制备氟硅聚合物/纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)复合超疏水材料。主要研究内容有: 1、对纳米二氧化硅通过两步法进行改性合成含溴的大分子引发剂,并采用上述引发剂引发含硅单体甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTS)在纳米二氧化硅表面接枝含硅聚合物聚甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(PMPTS);然后,用合成的PMPTS接枝的纳米二氧化硅(SiO2/PMPTS)作为大分子引发剂,继续在其表面引发含氟单体2,2,3,3,4,4,...Recently, superhydrophobic materials have becomen one of the research hotspots because of its excellent hydrophobicity and potential application in many fields.
