Fabrication of Nano-biomimic Membranes and Their Characterization by Electrochemical and AFM Methods

Abstract

生物膜是细胞的基本结构,与众多生命现象密切相关。类脂双层膜作为一种最接近生物膜的动态自组装双层分子膜,已经被广泛用作在分子水平上对生物膜的结构与功能进行仿生研究的模型,从而克服了天然生物膜组成、功能、结构过于复杂而带来的研究困难。在生物膜仿生研究中,如何构建既保持脂双层膜的基本特性又具有机械稳定性的双层膜一直是生物膜研究前进的方向。本论文主要围绕仿生生物膜研究中的两个关键问题开展方法学研究:一是如何制备具有稳定性高和寿命长的非支撑磷脂双层膜(BLMs),二是如何建立和发展在接近生理环境的条件下对非支撑双层膜结构与功能的原位研究平台。 本论文在纳米单孔膜的制备、纳米多孔膜的制备、非支撑双层膜的...Cellular membrane is an important component of cell and closely related to many life phenomena.
