论文摘要随着关税水平的不断降低，技术性贸易壁垒特别是绿色壁垒对进出口贸易的影响越来越大。本文以绿色壁垒为研究对象，分析其概念、产生背景、地位和作用，以及绿色壁垒的国际发展现状，WTO的相关规定，并进一步分析了绿色壁垒对我国进出口的影响，最后提出了我国因应和建立绿色壁垒体系的对策。全文共五章：第一章：绿色壁垒概况。提出了绿色壁垒的概念、产生背景及其地位和作用。第二章：绿色壁垒的国际发展现状。包括：国际环境保护协议；国际环保法规标准；检验和检疫要求；包装和标签要求；外部成本内在化要求。第三章：WTO规定与绿色壁垒问题。分析了TBT、SPS及其他协议的内容。第四章：绿色壁垒对中国进出口贸易的影响。分...AbstractAlong with the reduction of the tariff level, the Technical Barriers to Trade especially the Green Barriers to Trade have impact more and more on the international trade.
