In-situ XRD Measuring System for Ferroelectric Domain Switching and Its Applications

Abstract

铁电陶瓷在外电场作用下的畴变能力与其性能的好坏有着直接的关系,因此,通过原位实验手段对畴变进行定量分析,对研究材料的疲劳失效机理有着重大的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。通过本论文工作,自行设计和开发了一套电压加载与电滞回线测试装置,将该装置与X射线衍射仪联用,实现了在直流电场作用下以及电疲劳过程中,原位测试铁电陶瓷样品表面的XRD谱图和电滞回线,并通过考察(002)和(200)峰强的相对变化,定量计算出铁电陶瓷材料的90°畴变量。本套测试系统的主要功能包括:(1)对样品施加直流和交变电压从而改变直流电场大小和对样品进行电疲劳;(2)对初始样品或在电疲劳过程中测试样品的电滞回线。电滞回线测试电路是...Domain switching under an applied electric field is considered to directly affect the properties of ferroelectric ceramics.
