双分子层、囊泡、单分子层、胶束等常用作细胞膜研究的膜模拟剂。囊泡(或称脂质体)由于其特有的稳定性和包容性,能够为各种特殊反应提供适宜的微环境而被广泛用于药物载体的研究中。本文采用天然磷脂—卵磷脂,通过乙醇注射法,制得结构完整的单室球状脂质体,研究联接基团为聚亚甲基链的系列季铵盐Gemini表面活性(简称12-s-12,s=4,6,8;s为联接基中亚甲基的数目)及相应单尾单头基表面活性剂DTAB各自在脂质体中的行为,来模拟物质在细胞膜上的吸附和渗透过程。通过浊度测量、动态光散射、Zeta电位、透射电镜等方法,表面活性剂-脂质体相互作用过程中聚集体的形态、大小、表面荷电性质的变化得到了充分的考察。...Bilayer, vesicle, monolayer and micelle are often used as membrane mimetics.
