人类的管理活动具有复杂性和多样性，管理理论因此层出不穷。本文以组织生态学的视角来审视企业组织及其管理。作者认为，企业组织的能力与活力，首先来源于组织内生态系统的平衡与和谐，即组织与其全体成员的共生共荣，任何失衡与失调将直接影响到组织管理的效果。因此，构建一个良好的组织内生态系统非常重要。本文提出组织内生态的概念和研究框架，研究企业组织内生态系统的构成，揭示组织内生态的生态机制和生态规律，分析影响组织内生态的主要因素，列举并分析组织内生态常见的病毒。针对组织内生态的状态，提出测评组织内生态的工具，从两个维度即从个体表现和组织表现（各三个指标），对组织内生态的状况进行评价。本文最后力图通过一个案例...Because of the complexity and diversity of human management activities, theories of management are too numerous to be counted.
