Protection of A549 cells from hydrogen peroxide-induced cytotoxicity by functionalized C70 and C60 fullerenes

Abstract

纳米科技的高速发展使得纳米材料被越来越多的应用在各个领域。富勒烯因其独特的分子结构,优异的理化性质而受到人们广泛的关注。作为富勒烯重要成员的C60和C70,由于特殊的性质及易于制备、易于修饰等优点有望在生物医学领域得到广泛应用。目前对于C60及其衍生物的生物效应已有较多研究,但有关C70富勒烯还缺乏深入系统的研究。本文结合细胞生物学研究新进展,以人肺腺癌细胞株A549作为模型细胞,着重探讨了C70富勒烯衍生物对A549细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用及机制,并与目前研究较多的C60衍生物作比较。主要研究内容和取得的结果如下: 1.设计合成了三种富勒烯衍生物:C70丙二酸衍生物,羟基化修饰的C70和...As nanotechnology and materials science has made rapid development, nanomaterials have been widely applied in many fields.
