Self-Assembly of Well-Ordered Mesoporous Titania Thin Film and Its Self-Cleaning Application

Abstract

自组装有序介孔二氧化钛(TiO2)薄膜材料因其具有极高的比表面积、规则有序的孔道排列、大小可调的孔径、且孔径分布范围极窄等特点而备受关注。这类材料有望在太阳能电池、光催化、传感器、自清洁等领域取得广泛的应用。 本论文通过蒸发诱导自组装方法,以钛酸四正丁酯为无机前驱物、双亲性嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂、正丁醇为胀溶剂、盐酸为抑制剂,精确控制合成了高度有序的介孔二氧化钛薄膜(膜厚为~300nm),并将其应用到自清洁领域。对该材料的自组装合成机理及主要影响因素进行了较系统的研究,并探讨了高度有序介孔二氧化钛薄膜作为一种全新的自清洁材料,其结构特征对自清洁性能的影响。 首先,考察了自组装二氧化钛介...Self-assembled mesoporous TiO2 film possesses special structural advantages, such as, high BET surface area, ordered pore channels, precisely controllable mesophases and structural parameters in the nanometer ranges, and so on.
