Preparation and Characteristics Research of Affinity Membrane based on Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) Membrane

Abstract

理想的亲和膜应该具有良好的均一性,然而,现在大部分亲和膜所使用的基质膜材的孔隙率和孔径分布较宽,且膜厚不一,由于这些缺陷导致了亲和分离效率的大大降低。本课题从构建理想的亲和膜膜材入手,遴选具有有序孔排列、可控孔径和优良结构形态的无机膜-阳极氧化铝膜(AAO)为基质膜材,首次通过两种方法对其改性,获得有机无机复合和无机复合无机膜,使其满足亲和膜膜材的要求,并通过功能化的方法,偶联不同配基,制得新型亲和膜,并考察其形貌特征、亲和吸附性能、探索吸附机理及再生性能。主要研究内容如下: (一)膜材料的改性。本文选择AAO作为基质膜材,将具有良好生物相容性的生物大分子壳聚糖(CS)和无机物二氧化硅(Si...An ideal affinity membrane should own well uniformities.
