Research on Exchange Rate Forecasting and Expert Artificial Framework Based on Neural Network Optimized by SAPSO

Abstract

本文基于前人对汇率预测的成果,展现汇率预测研究现状,通过相关理论评述,提出一种组合式的智能优化算法预测模型。并通过实证证明该智能优化算法预测模型进一步提高了预测精度。本文采用的是非线性模型,即BP神经网络。由于BP神经网络有一些固有的缺陷,为了克服BP神经网络易早熟的缺陷,本文提出采用具有全局寻优能力的粒子群优化算法对BP神经网络进行优化。同时通过理论分析和实验证明,对粒子群优化算法的某些粒子采取模拟退火的方式重新初始化可以增加粒子群的多样性,使粒子群克服在迭代后期失去种群多样性的缺陷。并且通过实证证明,后一种预测模型较前一种预测模型在预测精度上有显著提高。 本文还提出了基于SAPSO神经网...The paper advanced a modular intelligent optimization algorithm prediction model based on the results of previous researches on exchange rate forecasting.
