中国已经进入人口老龄化社会。随着改革开放的不断推进，我国经济社会快速发展，老年人的温饱问题已得到基本解决，精神方面的需求日益凸显，精神赡养问题逐渐成为一个日趋重要的问题。重视老年人精神赡养，不仅直接影响老年人的生命生活质量，同时，也是保护人权的具体体现，是社会发展的内在要求。本文以此为前提，对国内外有关老年人精神赡养的研究现状进行了回顾和概览，并对老年人精神赡养的涵义、表现形式和特征等进行了梳理和总结。 在此基础上，本文结合典型案例的分析，综合考察了我国现阶段有关老年人精神赡养的法律法规及其法律适用现状。笔者认为正是由于在立法方面存在疏漏，从而导致老年人的精神赡养权益得不到有效的救济。 考...China has entered into the aging society.
