二十世纪九十年代以来，信息技术外包发展迅速，外包市场日益成熟。银行业作为信息技术应用比较深入的行业，也较多地涉及信息技术外包，外包范围和金额也越来越大，效益和风险也都日益显著。但国内对于银行业信息技术外包研究的文章仍然数量较少，相关论文也较多集中在决策或风险等局部领域，且实际案例较少。 本研究以A银行软件外包实践为案例，从解决该行软件外包存在的问题出发，在分析银行软件外包一般过程的基础上，确定了解决问题的几个关键环节（规划/执行/控制），结合定量分析、IT治理框架、项目管理等相关理论展开讨论，同时引入较为成熟的技术与工具，希望能提供一套方法，提高外包项目整体质量。 本研究首先阐述了目前国内...Since the 1990s, the information technology(IT) outsourcing develops rapidly and the outsourcing market is turning more mature.
