球阀是以球体为开关件的阀门，是阀门中的重要分支。球阀具有流体阻力小、开关迅速方便、密封性好、寿命长、可靠性高等优点。近年来，随着工业对球阀需求的日益增多，对球阀的使用要求也提出了更为苛刻的要求。本文对高压软密封球阀的设计、制造及试验进行了研究：将经验设计，CAD技术和有限元技术相结合，运用到本球阀的设计与优化中；同时对球阀球体密封面加工技术进行了详细的探讨；最后的球阀试验验证了有限元仿真的有效性和球阀优异的使用性能。本文取得的主要成果如下： 设计了一种高压软密封球阀，其操作方便，结构紧凑，同时此球阀通过了静压试验、寿命试验和爆破试验的验证，试验结果表明本文研制的球阀具有优异的使用性能：静压试...The ball valve is an important branch of valve and it is switched by a ball.
