银行监管机构的独立性问题历来受到各国重视，但是，与其对应的问责机制似乎没有受到足够的重视。金融危机过后，以英美为首的许多国家通过金融改革，对本国的金融监管方案进行调整，包括加大对银行监管机构的问责力度。与此同时，国外学者也给予了银行监管机构的问责制度建设更多的关注。我国目前处于银行业快速发展的阶段，但是对银行监管机构问责机制的研究比较缺乏，本文的写作目的和创新之处就是通过从法制和法理层面分析问责制的必要性，并在此基础上研究问责制的主体、内容、途径，运用比较分析的方法对国外银行监管问责机制进行探讨，最后结合我国实际情况为我国建立相关机制提出建议。 全文包括前言、主文、结论三个部分，其中，主文分...The independence of banking supervisory institutions has been emphasized by all countries for a long time, while the accountability system of them was not valued as it desires.
