随着台湾健身器材产业大规模西进，厦门及周边地区已经超过长三角、珠三角，成为我国大陆最大的健身器材出口基地，这些健身器材95%以上产品外销，跑步机又是这些健身器材出口的大项。这些生产企业规模大小不一，产品质量也参次不齐，对于我局检验检疫监管造成一定难度，我局技术中心电气室虽已基本具备了此类产品电气安全方面的检测能力，但在静态负荷测试等部分项目还缺少仪器。为了更好加强监管，严把国门，同时也服务当地经济，为使厦门成为健身器材生产基地做好检测配套服务，本文依据EN957-6、ISO20957-6、GB17498.6中5.6、6.6静态负荷及5.9、6.9形变量测试的要求，研发跑步机载荷及形变量测试系统...Xiamen and surrounding areas have become the largest fitness equipment export base in mainland of China, which have more than the Yangtze and Pearl River Delta with Taiwan body-building equipment industry going west.
