Heteronuclear High-Resolution Two-Dimensional Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Based on Spatial Encoding and Coherent Transfer Techniques

Abstract

核磁共振(NMR)技术作为一种无损的检测手段已被广泛应用于化学、材料、生物、医学等各领域,它在分子水平上对物质结构的解析仍然占据着无可替代的地位。二维(2D)谱的引入又极大地拓展了NMR的应用领域。为了在不均匀场下获取高分辨NMR谱图,研究者又分别从不同方面入手,提出了各种克服不均匀场的方法。如今,复杂有机分子的结构解析相当依赖于质子检测的异核NMR技术。因此,建立快速获取高分辨异核2DNMR谱技术有助于其获得更为广泛的应用。本文的主要研究成果有: 一、首先对空间编码方法基本原理进行了简要介绍。接着对基于空间编码超快速采样技术在不均匀场下获得高分辨2DNMR谱的方法做了全面的综述。介绍了相位...Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) has been widely used in many fields such as chemistry, material, biology and medicine because of its noninvasive measurement, and still occupies the irreplaceable position on structural analysis at the molecular level.
