内容摘要 民事审判监督制度是我国审判制度的重要组成部分。民事审判监督程序作为一种兼具监督性和救济性的案件受理程序，对于纠正错误裁判、保护当事人的合法权益、保障司法公正，确实发挥了积极的作用，但是当前民事审判监督程序仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文结合审判实践对当前民事审判监督程序在价值追求、启动主体、启动期限、启动次数、启动事由、诉讼费用等方面存在的一些不足之处进行分析，试结合中国司法改革实际，参考国外先进立法经验提出了相应的完善建议。除引言和结语外，正文共分三章： 第一章对民事审判监督制度的历史沿革、现状等作概括性介绍。包括对审判监督程序和再审程序的概念进行简要阐述，介绍了民事审判监督制...Abstract Civil judicial superstition system is an important component of our country’s judicial system.
