PET由于其突出的性能，已广泛应用于碳酸饮料包装中。在二十世纪八十年代中期将由圆形瓶底的PET瓶与PE底座构成的碳酸瓶改为爪形底PET瓶，带来了爪形底易应力开裂的问题。而目前国内对碳酸饮料耐应力开裂研究不是很多，且大多数都从成型工艺上去研究。但从瓶片本身质量上进行研究的却很少，大多数企业还是不能解决由于瓶片质量带来的应力开裂问题。本文通过结晶速度仪、DSC、偏光显微镜研究结晶性对碳酸瓶用PET切片的影响；将切片吹瓶后，使用偏光显微镜研究瓶子结晶分布对PET碳酸瓶耐应力开裂的影响；并首次将平行板流变仪用于研究PET瓶级切片，分析流变性对PET碳酸瓶性能的影响。研究结果表明:1.PET碳酸瓶片中二...PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) for its excellent properties is widespread used in the package of carbonated soft drinks (CSDs).In the middle of the 1980s,the carbonated soft drink bottles which are made of round bottom PET bottles and PE bottom stand, were changed into petaloid bases PET bottles, which also bring the problems that the petaloid bases are easy to have stress cracks.
