Preparation and Investigation of the Magnetic Transparent Conducting Nanocomposite Films and the Nanoparticles Assembled Films

Abstract

本论文采用磁控溅射法制备了AZO/M/AZO(M=Fe,FeCo)磁性透明导电纳米复合膜,研究了制备参数对样品结构、形貌、电学、光学和磁学特性的影响;采用等离子体磁控溅射结合惰性气体冷凝的技术制备了尺寸均一、粒径可控、表面清洁的磁性金属和合金纳米粒子及纳米粒子组装薄膜,研究了制备参数对纳米粒子的尺寸、形貌和磁学特性的影响,并分析了惰性气体流量与纳米粒子粒径关系及其机理;在此基础上进一步研究了在纳米粒子束流复合沉积系统样品架上施加加速电压对纳米粒子组装薄膜的结构、静态磁学特性和高频磁学性能的影响,并通过随后的热处理获得了性能优良的适合在高频下应用的高密度FeCo合金纳米粒子组装薄膜。 本研究的...The AZO/M/AZO (M=Fe, FeCo) ferromagnetic transparent conducting films (FTO) were prepared by magnetron sputtering method in this paper.
