微波介质陶瓷是近二十年发展起来的电子陶瓷的一个重要分支,主要用作微波谐振器和滤波器。本论文选取中等电容率的(Zr,Sn)TiO4陶瓷系列作为研究对象。实验中采用传统固相法对陶瓷的制备工艺进行了优化;借助正交实验设计制备出不同组成的ZST陶瓷样品,并对样品的工艺性能和介电性能进行了表征,以品质因子为主要指标对各配方进行优选,制得了具有优良介电性能的陶瓷样品(εr=30~40,Q×f>50000GHz,τf=-10~10ppm/℃)。为了降低陶瓷的烧结温度,对材料进行了ZnO、Nb2O5和Bi2O3微量添加的实验,发现添加剂在不同程度地提高材料介电性能的同时可以降低陶瓷的烧结温度。本论文还采...Microwave dielectric ceramics (MWDC) is an important branch of electroceramics, which develops rapidly in recent years.
