本文运用社会资本理论分析城市居民的政治参与，资源来自2005年在厦门市的问卷调查。首先，用描述分析法和因子分析法描述居民的社会资本和政治参与。分析结果表明：居民的社会交往网络大部分都是仅限于纵向的社会交往；居民的社会信任结构与20世纪中叶费孝通提出的著名的“差序格局”理论相似；居民参与横向的社团比较多。其次，运用单因素分析法和多元回归分析法，深入分析社会资本和个人的社会地位对居民政治参与的影响。分析结果表明：只有对整个社会的信任即普遍的信任，以及横向的社团参与才能对居民的政治参与产生积极的影响。此外，居民社会地位中的个人月收入以及户口类别也对居民政治参与产生影响。本文的结论是城市基层的选举是有...Based upon the survey conducted in xiamen of Fujian province in 2005, this article utilizes the theory of social capital to analyze the political participation of urban residents.
