聚硫醇是近年来开始使用的环氧树脂固化剂，在叔胺的促进下显示出优异的低温快速固化性能，因此聚硫醇在快速修补胶及冬季作业场合有很大优势，其他固化剂无法替代。但由于硫醇固化剂的生产技术要求较高，目前国内尚处于实验室研发阶段。为了实现聚硫醇的工业化生产，填补国内空白，本文对聚硫醇的实验室制备和工业化生产做了大量研究。 本文以季戊四醇和巯基乙酸为原料，实验室研发制备了聚硫醇。对制得的聚硫醇进行FT-IR和1H-NMR表征，计算出了产物的酯化率为97.9%。用FT-IR跟踪了聚硫醇/环氧树脂体系的固化反应，探讨了体系的整个固化过程，通过计算巯基和环氧基的转化率，发现了巯基和环氧基转化率随时间的增大而阶段...As a new epoxy resin curing agent turning up in recent years, polymercaptan was widely used in the fast mending adhesive and winter operation occasions, because of its excellent low temperature fast curing performance when with the promoting of tertiary amine.
