Key enzymes and their roles in the formaldehyde-degrading process in Pseudomonas putida IOFA1

Abstract

Pseudomonasputida具有复杂的降解有机物代谢系统,因此经常做为模式菌应用于污水和废物的降解研究中。迄今为止,Pseudomonasputida已被发现可降解很多有毒化合物,但相关降解代谢机理的研究较少。我们以从深海沉积物中筛选到的高效甲醛降解菌Pseudomonasputida.IOFA1为对象,选取该菌株降解甲醛过程中的3个时间点,即A组(未加入甲醛),B组(加入甲醛20min)和C组(甲醛降解后2h)进行转录组测序,通过转录组变化的比较来探索该菌的甲醛代谢机制。通过生物信息学分析以及对变化基因的分类,我们发现在甲醛的刺激下PseudomonasputidaIOFA1细胞前后调...Pseudomonas putida is often used as a model bacterium to study the degradation of sewage and waste because of its complex metabolic system for the degrading of organic waste.
