Abstract

随着社会的发展,因疾病及各种意外事故导致的骨缺损使得人们对骨移植材料的需求急剧增加。目前临床中广泛使用的金属骨移植材料主要有钛合金、钴合金和不锈钢,但这些材料在植入后往往存在一定的缺陷,如骨诱导活性低,弹性模量与天然骨组织相差甚远,受体液腐蚀造成有害金属离子的溶出等。因此,在金属骨移植表面构建一种有效的过渡涂层,从而克服上述缺点,实现完善的骨整合,成为当前种植体材料设计与改性研究中一个备受关注的方向。同时,理想的骨植入材料不但要具有良好的生物相容性和骨诱导活性,而且要求能够在接受外界刺激的同时做出响应,并调节细胞的附着、铺展、增殖和生物功能表达。电学微环境是成骨细胞所处的重要微环境之一,模拟骨...During the past decades, the number of the patients that suffered from the bone defects increased significantly, which resulted in increasing needs for the bone implant materials.
