Preparation and Properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 Ceramics with Giant Dielectric Constant

Abstract

本论文采用传统的固相法制备CaCu3Ti4OI2(CCTO)陶瓷,研究不同热处理工艺、不同成型工艺、不同氧化物含量和氧化物掺杂对陶瓷结构与性能的影响,对陶瓷的介电机理、压敏机理和陶瓷的晶界效应进行初步的探讨。 本文对CCTO陶瓷的合成粉料分别在850℃,900℃,950℃和1000℃的温度下预烧2h,然后在1100℃左右烧结3h成瓷。结果表明,950℃预烧2h的粉体具有最佳的烧结性能。对坯体分别在1060℃、1080℃、1100℃和1120℃下烧结2h,结果表明1100℃烧结2h的样品具有最好的介电性能。通过改变陶瓷的烧结保温时间系统研究CCTO陶瓷的晶界效应,在1100℃烧结8小时制备出的...In this thesis, CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO) ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state reaction. The effects of calcining and sintering conditions, forming techniques, grain boundary effects, content of oxide and additives on chemical structure, dielectric properties and I-V response of the samples were systematically investigated.
