Research on processing and properties of (Cu, Co)-based porous materials

Abstract

Cu-Ni基合金多孔块体材料具有良好的抗腐蚀、抗摩擦性能,并且由于其较 高的比强度及比模量,可广泛用于过滤及建筑领域。(Cu,Co)基合金多孔薄板及 薄带材料具有较大的比表面积,并且由于其特殊的结构及催化性能,可用于制备 催化剂载体及精细过滤用材料,在化工催化行业具有十分广泛的应用。本论文采 用粉末冶金方法制备Cu-Ni基合金多孔块状材料,探讨了影响材料孔隙率及力学 性能的因素。同时,本论文对脱合金方法制备(Cu,Co)基合金多孔薄板及多孔 薄带材料也进行了研究,所取得的主要研究结果如下: (1)采用Cu-Ni-Fe-Si合金粉为原料,选用NaCl作为架空材料制备多孔材料, 通...(Cu, Co)-based porous alloys have been widely used in construction and chemical industry because of their extraordinary properties, such as good mechanical property, electrical property and thermal conductivity.
