Study on the Novel System of Living Free Radical Polymerization

Abstract

以TEMPO为代表的稳定自由基存在下的活性聚合同时具有自由基聚合和活性聚合的诸多优点、反应条件温和、聚合方式多样化、可以得到分子量可控、分散性窄的聚合物。但其昂贵的价格制约着该聚合方法在工业中的应用。因此寻找更为廉价的稳定自由基引发体系,是稳定自由基活性聚合能否实现工业化的关键,具有重要的现实意义。 本文首先研究了廉价无机盐引发体系AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O对苯乙烯本体聚合的控制,发现亚硝酸鈉与硫酸亚铁反应生成的NO能够与AIBN裂解的自由基,生成氧氮稳定自由基,并能实现对苯乙烯的本体聚合的活性控制。当AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O的摩尔比为1/2.5/2.5时,...The free radical polymerization mediated by TEMPO contains both the benefits of conventional free radical polymerization and the living polymerization ,such as the mildness of reaction condition、the diversification of polymerization methods ,the ability of control of the macromolecular structure ,the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution, and so on.
