Synthesis of Monodisperse Metal Nanoparticles and Their Self-assembly into Nanoparticle Superlattices

Abstract

金属纳米颗粒以其特殊的性质,在催化、数据存储、传感器等工业领域有着重要的应用。单分散金属纳米颗粒制备的研究,不仅可以帮助我们更加准确地理解金属纳米颗粒的特性,同时也是实现金属纳米颗粒自组装的基础。而纳米颗粒的自组装又是进一步构筑纳米器件的重要途径。本文采用有机液相法制备单分散镍、金、银纳米颗粒,并在此基础上利用溶剂挥发诱导自组装法以及界面自组装法对镍、金、银纳米颗粒进行自组装,同时通过透射电镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等仪器对产物进行了表征,探讨了组装过程中的影响因素。获得的主要结果如下: (1)以乙酰丙酮镍和油胺形成的配合物为前驱体,十六烷二醇和三辛基膦为表面活性剂,在210℃反应45min...Metal nanoparticles have attracted intensive attentions due to their amazing properties and potential applications in many fields such as catalysis, storage devices and sensors.
