Simulation Analysis and Force-measuring System Research Of Wire-driven Parallel Suspension System

Abstract

作为一种新型的低速风洞模型支撑系统,绳牵引并联机构因具有速度快、惯性小、承载能力大以及对流场干扰小等诸多优点而备受关注。但是由于该类系统具有冗余驱动的特点,如何优化分配绳系拉力以及如何精确测量飞行器模型所受气动载荷成为待解决的关键技术。本文重点对这两方面问题展开研究,主要工作及成果如下所述。 首先,建立了WDPSS-8的运动学模型和动力学模型。由于冗余驱动引入了过约束,其高度耦合的非线性系统必须有冗余驱动力才能实现力闭合,导致绳拉力是多解的。论文在动力学模型分析的基础上提出一种基于罚函数算法的绳拉力优化求解方案,并在MATLAB环境下进行了仿真,仿真结果表明非线性规划方法对绳拉力优化分配的合...As a new type of model support system for low-speed wind tunnel, wire-driven parallel mechanism has attracted much attention.
