Preparation and Properties of SnCl2-MgO-P2O5 Sealing Glasses

Abstract

低温封接玻璃的使用能防止被封接材料的性能发生改变,尤其用于封接真空玻璃时,通常要求其封接温度不高于380℃。传统的含铅封接玻璃封接温度较低,但含铅玻璃有毒;而对于无铅封接玻璃,尽管有些能够达到低熔的要求,但往往玻璃网络结构不稳定。因此,开发新型无铅低温封接玻璃,具有重大的经济和积极的社会意义。 本文采用传统的熔化-淬冷法制备了一系列SnCl2-MgO-P2O5系统无铅低温封接玻璃,并通过XRD、TG-DTA、FT-IR、热膨胀分析、激光粒度分析、失重法及流散性测试方法等分析测试手段研究了玻璃的形成、结构与性能的关系,描绘出了该系统玻璃的成玻区。得到主要结论如下: SnCl2-MgO-P2O...The change of properties of the sealed materials could be prevented by using the low-melting sealing glasses.
