Study on the Preparation of Water-based Ultra-thin Intumescent Fire Retardant Coatings for Steel Structure

Abstract

目前国内使用的超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料大部分是溶剂型,其溶剂挥发到大气中会造成环境污染。而水性涂料具有挥发性有机化合物(VOC)低、成本低等优点,因此,无论是从装饰效果、经济成本还是环保角度考虑,开发水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料将是防火涂料领域的发展趋势之一,这对钢结构工程的发展具有重要意义。此外,现有水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料存在膨胀倍率较低,膨胀炭层的完整性、均匀性和强度欠佳,附着力较差等问题,为了进一步满足国内日益增长的工业和民用建设的的需求,本论文提出研制膨胀好、理化性能好、防火性能优良、装饰性好、无卤环保的水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料。 由于苯丙乳液可以提高膨胀炭层泡孔的致密度,...The current domestic ultra-thin intumescent fire retardant coatings for steel structure (IFRC) are almost solvent-based.
