Abstract

随着国内电力系统的发展,大区域电网互联是发展的趋势。运行稳定性的破坏是对电网互联运行安全的最大威胁。电网的稳定性分为三种:频率稳定、电压稳定和功角稳定。电网同步相量测量系统的广泛应用解决以上问题。同步相量测量的电力系统网格可以测量电压的相位,关键点的相电流,发电机功角同步相量数据,通过通信网络传输数据到一个监测站,根据相位和振幅的不同点监控主站,在受到到系统扰动时确定系统怎样解列、切机及切负荷,避免事故的进一步扩大甚至整个电网瓦解。 本文介绍了基于GPS时钟的PMU电网同步相量测量系统设计与实现。根据功能要求,电网同步相量测量系统应包括同步相量的测量计算模块、同步采样触发脉冲的发生模块和通讯...Network interconnection of big area is the development trend with the power system development in China.
