目的：应用链脲佐霉素（STZ）建立糖尿病豚鼠模型，观察糖尿病膀胱病（DCP）的病程进展，探究平滑肌特异性蛋白Smoothelin在其发病机制中的表达改变以及意义。 方法：50只英国种短毛雌性豚鼠，随机选择42只作为实验组，8只作为对照组。实验组单次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ），对照组注射相应剂量的枸橼酸缓冲液。全价饲养9周和12周，尾静脉取血通过血糖筛选确定入组豚鼠，中下腹部切开活体暴露膀胱并应用尿动力仪检测残余尿、排尿期最大逼尿肌压、膀胱容量及顺应性的变化，以逼尿肌收缩最大压力下降以及残余尿/膀胱容量Objective To investigate the expression of Smoothelin in urinary bladder of streptozotocin-induced diabetic guinea pigs and the possible mechanisms of diabetic cystopathy.
