On the Deposition Behaviors of Electrospinning Direct Writting via Tip Inducing Electrodes

Abstract

电纺直写技术利用外加电场力拉伸喷射溶液产生射流喷射,利用射流稳定直线阶段实现有序微纳结构的喷印;并在有机微纳系统、柔性电子器件等领域显示了巨大的发展潜力。约束射流鞭动、增强喷射稳定、提高直写微纳结构定位精度已成为电纺直写技术应用研究的关键。本文引入诱导针尖产生集中约束电场,以减弱干扰影响、减小射流摆动范围,实现直写射流的精确引导定位沉积。 设计带有针芯诱导功能的电纺直写喷头,利用针芯的尖端效应,增强喷嘴处局部电场对射流产生约束与引必作用,从而达到降低启动电压、降低射流的电荷密度的目的。针芯诱导作用下射流的摆动范围从15°降低到1°~3°,电纺直写纳米纤维最小直径151nm。讨论了电压、极间距...Electrohydrodynamic direct writting is a novel printting technology in Micro/Nano scale, during the direct writting, electric force stretch the chargeed polymer solution into a fix cone, which is named Taylor cone.
