An empirical study on the input frequency effects of Chinese characters by European-American elementary learners

Abstract

摘要 频率效应是语言心理学领域一个非常重要的概念,西方学者提出了多个模型对频率的作用机制进行解释。在第二语言习得、语言教学、教材编撰等方面,频率效应机制也都起着十分重要的作用。以汉语教材为基础,选取汉字作为实验材料,通过实证研究探寻汉字输入频率对学习者汉字习得成效的影响,对于对外汉语教学具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 本文借鉴了国内外二语学界相关研究,在对20名欧美学生的实证研究基础上,从二语习得、心理语言学、认知语言学等角度出发,分析汉语教材中不同输入频率的汉字对欧美初级汉语学习者的汉字习得所产生的影响。本文旨在发现不同输入频率、不同分布复现方式的汉字对于学习者产生的频率效应,为汉语教学...Abstract The study of frequency effects, several models of which were put forward by Western scholars to explain their mechanism of action, is a very important concept of linguistic psychology.
