A Research on B2C E-commerce Platform Returning Reverse Logistics Service Capability

Abstract

电子商务的蓬勃发展催生了大物流时代,随着电子商务退货逆向物流瓶颈凸显,国家新颁布的消费者权益保护法规定“7天退货权”,从政策角度驱动电子商务退货逆向物流的服务升级。本文以B2C电子商务平台退货逆向物流能力为研究对象,探讨B2C平台企业如何针对不同优先次序、不同类别的服务属性设计相应的服务补救策略,重构客户忠诚和粘性,为企业打造独特的竞争优势,抢占电商之争的布局先机。首先基于定量Kano模型,设计Kano问卷结果量化方法,开发B2C电子商务平台退货逆向物流服务能力的衡量量表,细分测度指标,据此设计Kano问卷,包含正反双向满意度、竞争性分析和初始重要度感知3个分量表。然后以有过天猫商城和其他B2...As e-commerce matures,it does spawned a big logistics era.
