Research of Single Jet Electrohydrodynamic Direct Writing Induced by Alternating Electric Field

Abstract

电纺直写技术是一种新型的外拉式直写技术,以其独特的优势在有机微纳系统和柔性电子制造等领域具有巨大的发展潜力。在绝缘基底上实现有序微纳结构的直写沉积是电纺直写技术推广应用的关键。本文将围绕绝缘基底上电纺直写射流的稳定喷射展开研究,引入交变电场研究单射流的稳定喷射控制规律;分析交变电场诱导作用下带电射流在绝缘基底上的沉积行为。 文中构建了电纺直写的数值仿真模型,分别研究了静电场和交变电场作用下的单射流喷射模式;考察了电场参数、溶液特性等因素对仿真单射流喷射的影响规律;明确了仿真射流内部的电荷分布及射流中心速度随喷射时间和喷射距离的变化规律;并分析射流内部电荷变化对射流与收集基底之间相互作用机理。...Electrohydrodynamic Direct Writing(EDW) is a new direct writing technique, which have a huge potential in the fabrication of organic micro-nano system and flexible electronics because of its advantages.
